Equine-assisted therapy offers numerous benefits that cover physical, emotional, and social aspects. It can improve balance, coordination, and muscle strength. Additionally, it has the potential to enhance self-confidence, self-esteem, and emotional regulation, while also developing communication skills and fostering the ability to form connections with both humans and horses.
